In the spring of 2026, brothers and sisters and children from Harvest China Christian Church visited Southern Hill Farms for a joyful spring outdoor fellowship. The theme of the event was "Returning to Childhood." Under the warm sunshine, everyone walked into the fields, picking fresh strawberries by hand. Children ran and laughed in the fields, while adults chatted and shared joy. In this relaxed and joyful atmosphere, we rediscovered the warmth of family and church fellowship. More importantly, amidst this beautiful field and nature, we reflected again on God's love and grace for humanity through the world He created. As Jesus taught in Matthew 18: "Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." The children's simplicity, trust, and joy reminded us of the truth of the kingdom of heaven—true greatness lies in the willingness to humbly become the least of all. Through God's creation of nature and abundant fruit, we once again experienced a universal revelation: in the sunshine, the earth, the fruit, and life itself, we can see God's gentle and true love for humanity. May the laughter and emotion of this day remind us, in our busy lives, to often return to a childlike heart, simply trusting in God and joyfully following the Lord. Humble Like a Child Orlando Harvest Chinese Christian Church – Spring Fellowship 2026 In the spring of 2026, brothers, sisters, and children from Harvest Chinese Christian Church in Orlando gathered at Southern Hill Farms for a joyful outdoor spring fellowship. The theme of this event was “Humble Like a Child.” Under the warm sunshine, everyone stepped into the fields together to pick fresh strawberries. Children ran and laughed across the farmland, while adults shared conversations and fellowship. were reminded again of the warmth of family and the beauty of church community. More importantly, surrounded by the beauty of nature, we reflected on God's love revealed through His creation. As Jesus taught in Matthew 18: “Unless you turn and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” And, “Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” God's love can be seen throughout His creation. May the joy of this day encourage us, even in the busyness of life, to remain humble like a child before God—trusting Him simply and following Him with joy.
